It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18.

Established in 1954, the old museum tells the fascinating story of the Huguenot settlers. This Merlot pays hamge to their French ancetry. Plum andf black cherry aromas are supported by herbal nuances, liquorice and gentle spice from maturing in French oak. Soft an djuicy with round summer berry flavours and a smooth, succulent finish, it is delicious with roast lamb, spaghetti bolognaise or cottage pie.

VONDELING traces its origins back to 1704 when the land was first granted to Swedish immigrant Oloff Bergh by Governor Van Der Stel. Situated between Wellington and Paarl on the slopes of the breathtaking Paardeberg Mountain. The farm was bought by the Armajaro Group in 2002, at which point they embarked on a major reconstruction programme which included extensive replanting and the installation of a state of the art winery.  The result is a collection of which five wines have four or more stars from the Platter’s South African wine Guide.  They have also received excellent reviews from Robert Parker.
