Produced from Pecorino grapes grown in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy, at 130m from sea level, on limestoneclay soil.
Winemaking – Fermentation for 15/20 days at a low controlled temperature, 12/14 °C, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
FOOD MATCH: A popular new Italian white, Pecorino is ideally suited to partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats – especially good with scallops unsurprisingly!!
