Based up in the NW of the region, the intriguing and expressive wines of Saint Gervais come from vineyards sitting on gravelly, stony soils and are made predominantly from blends of Grenache and Syrah. These are mellow and smooth red wines with notes of red-berry fruits and spices, a very approachable drinking style to accompany food. Owner Claire Clavel strictly follows practices of sustainable viticulture and wants to make authentic wines that express the local terroirs.
