This classic Grüner Veltliner comes from the best vineyards around Poysdorf. All of them with sandy-loessy soil for a typical fruity-peppery Grüner Veltliner. By cutting the grapes in halves instead of doing a green harvest, the vines are optimally provided with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit, vinification takes plece in stainless steel tanks.
