This family vineyard has been in the Domézil family since 1965. The emphasis is placed on the control of the yield with a pruning in double guyot and a large foliar surface.The vineyard is planted all around the Château, in the plaine of Saint Emilion. There is a selection of the fruits by hand once they reach the cellar. The vinification is classic and as soft as possible, with control of températures. The maceration is long in order to obtain the optimal extraction of the essential components (tannins, color and fruit).
