Sabado Classic Saperavi, Bolero Wines
Georgia is the world's oldest centre of viticulture dating back 8000 years ago so it is no surprise it is deeply rooted in the country's culture, Georgia's unique microclimate and topography support the cultivation of around 500 grape varieties.
Bolero celebrates this heritage by blending traditional methods with modern techniques while appealing to modern tastes. Bolero also pursues a high degree of sustainability through water conservation, natural irrigation, preserving the natural landscape and pure wines with no artificial additives. Each and every wine is hand picked, estate grown and aim to preserve the natural flavours of each varietal.
100% Saperavi from the Kakcheti region, this shows intense yet very velvety notes of dark berries, ripe plum with notes of toasted spice. Light tannins and a harmonious finish.
