Pouilly Fuissé, Domaine Trois Tilleuls
A small property of just 5,5ha, run by 3rd generation of Bouchacourt family. Wife and husband duo take care of the property – Sylvie runs the domaine while Denis single-handedly oversees the whole winemaking process. Their viticultural and winemaking philosophy is based on respect for traditions, with just a minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself to its maximum.
Winemaking - Burgundy method of fermentation and vinification in a mix of barrels and stainless steel vats. The wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months.
Tasting Note - Delicate aromas of white flowers and pear. Mineral in the mouth with subtle hazelnut notes.
