This is all about showing how good a wine can be made from a crafted blend of typical Vins de Pays D'Oc grapes in Grenache and Syrah with the addition of the emerging and rising star Marselan
An intense aroma of red and black fruits like blackcurrant and raspberry, floral and spiced notes. The palate is supple yet beautifully round with an aromatic dark fruit feel.
Very versatile with food. . . . a perfect match with charcuterie or grilled red meats.
