Rioja Blanco, Bodegas Navajas
The highly regarded and dynamic Rioja producers Bodegas Navajas are based in Navarrete in Rioja Alta.
Vineyards - Produced primarily from Viura sourced from close to the winery with the addition of Tempranillo Blanco and Chardonnay.
Vinification - Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, after a gentle clarification and cold stabilization, the wine is bottled.
Tasting Note - Youthful, lively and fresh, the primary fruit notes dominate the wine with good balance and vivacity.
Food and Wine Pairing: Great aperitif, combines perfectly with fish and seafood.
