Misiva Ribera del Duero Tinto Roble
Sourced from the coolest vineyards near to the River Duero at 750 masl with sandly loam and gravel soils.
Winemaking - 100% Tempranillo - Fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by a 3 month period in a mix of French and American oak barrels.
Tasting note - Black fruit with hints of cherry, blackberry and blueberry good intensity. Good roundness and mouthfeel, firm but soft tannin. The barrel ageing brings more complexity with balsamic aromas, vanilla and toast.
Food pairing - Ham and all kinds of cheeses. White meat, red and game birds.
