The Minis DOC wine region is located in western Romania, near the town of Arad, along the lower slopes of the Zarand Mountains. It features a continental climate with warm summers and moderate rainfall, and its soils, rich in clay, marl, and volcanic elements, ideal for producing expressive red and aromatic white wines from predominantly indigenous local varietals.
Vineyards - Planted on brown forest clay soil, contributing richness and aromatic complexity. A mix of Lenz-Moser and Guyot training systems, average yield of 8 tons/ha.
Winery - White and rosé wines are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless tanks.
