Gavelot Carignan Vieilles Vignes
A portion of the grapes go through a warm maceration to enhance colour, tannin and fruit notes while the remaining portion undergoes a more traditional fermentation with 50% aged in French oak for 5 months.
Tasting note: A wine for great colour and rich berry fruits highlighted by smooth and ripe tannins, a typically fruity Carignan finish.
