100% Friulano , following temperature-controlled fermentation, 5 months in steel vats on the fine yeasts followed by 2 months of bottle ageing.
Notes of honey and acacia blossoms combine with fresh fruits, such as pears and apples. incredibly pleasant taste, persistent and smooth with well-balanced acidity.
