Flama d'Or Cava
Cava Flama d’Or is located in the Comtats de Barcelona area, a land of diverse landscapes, mainly composed of pretty valleys nestling in between low-lying mountain ranges
A blend of 3 indigenous varietals - Xarel·lo 40%, Macabeo 30% and Parellada 30% and crafted using the traditional method, this Cava undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a minimum aging period of 12 months in the cellars.
A balanced profile with citrus and green apple notes, complemented by subtle brioche undertones. Its fine bubbles and elegant finish make it a delightful choice for various occasions.
