Chill Bill Spritzy Red

De Bortoli Wines have always been and continue to be a very innovative and pioneering company, never scared to offer something a bit different, not more so than this Chill Bill Red.  
As such, it would be wrong to not use a De Bortoli quite on the wine - 

"You betcha you can chill this red! Slightly fizzy with refreshin’ aromas of red berries, flavours that’s juicin’ of cherries and explosive fruitiness. Easy drinkin’ with meatlover’s pizza or charcuterie. A chillin’ good red to be unveiled!"

Technically - a mix of red varietals from Riverina and Rutherglen all picked to achieve a balance between freshness of fruit as well as ripeness of tannins.
