Chateau Belles Eaux 'Les Coteaux', Languedoc
Chateau Belles Eaux named after the numerous springs located in the immediate area is found in the Hérault, a few kilometers from Pézenas. Belles Eaux has carried on a wine-growing tradition for several generations.
Winemaking - A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats followed by a quite long maceration lasting from 30 to 40 days. Afterwards, the wine is preserved into French oak barrels for 15 months
Tasting Note: A fine structure holds together a perfectly poised arrangement of red berry and Morello cherry fruit characters punctuated by a twist of wild hillside spice and floral notes.
Food Pairings: Flexible but poultry and grilled red meats top the list.
VINTAGES: Our images may not reflect current vintages. We list vintages for premium wines only on our website. We endeavour to keep these details up to date but occasionally our warehouse may have "moved on" to a newer vintage and we may not have updated the website. If you are looking for a specific vintage, please contact us before ordering so that we can check our current stocks.
