Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 50% aged in French oak barrels for 6 months; 50% in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes:
Fruity aroma of ripe plums and coconut.  Very fresh, with excellent acidity and soft tannins, on the palate its good structure and the harmony between fruit and French oak can be appreciated.
