Vineyard/Winery: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Angostura Vineyard in Los Lingues, Colchagua Valley. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in 70% second and third use barrels, 30% stainless steel for 6 to 8 months.
Then at least 4 Months In bottle before release.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of blackberries, red currant, black cherries, menthol, fresh roses, cloves, and black tea leaves. On the palate plenty of leafy cassis freshness and abundant, well-integrated tannins, Superbly structured and a long finish on the palate.
