A barrel aged spiced rum infused with Worcestershire Honey and English Coriander. A smooth, honey spice aroma leads to a ginger, orange and vanilla finish. Spicy coriander, nutmeg and a hint of oak underpin this full bodied rum. Perfect served over ice or with your favourite mixer. (70cl bottle)
The rum is made from sustainably sourced sugar cane plantations grown in the sub-tropical climate and fields of Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Honduras, which creates a very high yield, super sweet sugar cane. Blended with rum from Barbados it is distilled using traditional methods, mostly on column stills and aged in solely in ex-Bourbon oak barrels.
Wildjac Natural Distillery is the “home of truly sustainable and eco-friendly spirits”. Their natural spirits are distilled and bottled by hand from their home deep in Worcestershire’s Wyre Forest. Natural, locally foraged and ethically sourced ingredients are at the heart of every bottle produced.
“We strive to reduce our carbon foot and reduce waste, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are also committed to creating a business that works endlessly for the benefit of both our local and global community. We also like to give a little more, so attached to every bottle of Wildjac are free Wildflower Seeds for consumers to plant. This is important to support our native insects and animals. Not only do they encourage high biodiversity, they also make a pretty and colourful addition to the garden.”
