Description
The second wine of Chateau Cantin….since 2007 under the expert guidance of Michel Rolland and the investment of Grand Chais de France, the two Châteaux have been restored to former glories.
Vineyard and Winemaking – A blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by 12 months in barrel.
Tasting note – A powerful fruity and spice laden nose leads to a supple, well-proportioned palate featuring cherry jam and mocha in the flavour profile, very well made.
