Incorporating delicate florals, captured from rose petals into this classic dry gin is a meaningful tribute to the Shropshire Distillery Team’s Lancashire roots. It has a lightly sweet citrus note from sweet orange and a zesty dryness from grapefruit. The hint of sweetness and warm you’ll discover are derived from liquorice and cassia.
Shire Gin is best enjoyed with a light premium tonic and lime peel.
