Rutherford Wine Company is family-owned and managed with a portfolio of wines representing the rich diversity of California’s outstanding appellations.

The three generations of the Zaninovich family who took over the Estate in 2001, having always been major shareholders, have brought with them the sustainable ethos and philosophy, now major part of the “Rutherford way”.

The winery and estate vineyards are certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance. The critically acclaimed wines have been characterized as one of Napa’s great values by noted wine writer Robert Parker.

This wine is a bright gold colour with aromas of lemon, pear and honeysuckle, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Delicious
flavours of ripe pear and lemon with hints of caramel. The texture is rich and round, with a crisp finish

This wine pairs beautifully with herb-baked chicken, grilled or poached salmon, mac & cheese, or a Caesar salad. Delightful by the glass on its own
