Description

This de-alcoholised sparkling white wine is made from the Macabeo grape variety.  The alcohol was removed using the spinning cones technique.

Off dry on the palate with tropical fruit notes and Mediterranean citrus fruit. Refreshing and youthful with a creamy bubble and good acidity.
