- ZONE: Rioja Alta.
- VARIETIES: Tempranillo & Graciano.
- AGEING: It remains in American and French oak for a minimum of 20 months. After this aging period, the wine is bottled and rests in our “bottle rack” where it will achieve the proper balance before leaving for the consumer.
- TASTING NOTES: This ruby red wine with a medium-high layer reaches, after its aging and subsequent aging, the desired balance and its fine bouquet appreciating the ripe fruit in line with the spicy and balsamic aromas.
It is fleshy and full, with a very expressive and elegant finish and a long and serene aftertaste. - PAIRING: Especially suitable to enjoy with Iberian sausages, cheeses, red meat and game dishes.
