Description
- ZONE: Rioja Alta.
- VARIETIES: Tempranillo
- AGEING: After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is clarified and filtered to rest in oak, American and French barrels, where it will remain for a minimum of twelve months. After this aging period, the wine is bottled and goes to the “bottle rack” where it will achieve the proper balance before leaving for the consumer.
- TASTING NOTES: It has a cherry colour with very light violet touches and a balanced aroma between the liveliness and the fruity typical of the dominant variety and that provided by the wood. It manages to reach a “maturity” and a phenolic and aromatic balance that is appreciated in its harmony and roundness.
In the mouth it is wide, with soft but well structured tannins, round, long, with a fine and pleasant finish. - PAIRING: The ideal companion for sausage and cheese boards, red meats and game dishes.
