Maturation in stainless steel vats for 6 months and then in bottle for 4 months.
Tasting Note – Intensely fruity and fragrant – raspberry, cherry, prunes and plum. Generously sweet, soft and velvety on the palate with warm notes of raisins on the finish. (12.5% abv)
