Description
Situated right in the middle of the village of Solutré, the Domaine des Sansonnets is laid out around a superb 19th century country house and the estate has now been run by the same family since 4 generations.
Winemaking – Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats, and the wine is then partially matured in oak barrels with a regular stirring of the lees.
Tasting notes – As with many classical White Burgundy, this is dry and subtle dominated by floral notes combining with a nuttiness to give richness and complexity.
