Vineyards and Winemaking – An assembly of one third each Fiano, Malvasia and Sauvignon from low-yielding vineyards located on the Masseria Borgo dei Trulli estate. Each varietal is vinified separately, de-stemmed and cold maceration for 24 hours to increase delicate aromas followed by 60% tank temperature controlled fermentation, 40% barrel ferment in new French barriques remaining in barrel for 5 months on its lees to extract maximum aromas.

Tasting notes – Rich tropical fruit notes and the anticipated hints of vanilla. Elegant and complex on the palate with lingering golden fruit flavours.
