Description
As the smallest of the great Burgundian Houses, Jaffelin saw a complete renovation of its vat room and fitted out with state of the art vinification equipment. Combine this with a young, ambitious and enthusiastic wine-maker in Marinette Garnier, Jaffelin ensured that it is able to continue a comprehensive selection of the finest Burgundian terroirs.
Tasting Note – Very typical of good Chorey, this is very supple, delicate wine with a light tannins structure. The nose and palate ooze fresh red berries. The slight jammy and spice edge is coming with age..
