The key assets of this family owned estate of Champagne Moutardier are – the Pinot Meunier, their terroir and their expertise.
Their 18 hectares of vineyard in the Surmelin Valley (Marne) are the perfect terroir for the Meunier which plays such a vital role in so many of their ‘Cuvee’ while the latest generation to take the reins in brothers William and Simon, have benefitting from the expertise handing down from the 4 generations preceding them while bringing in their own enthusiasm and approach.

100 % Meunier – Brut Nature (Zero dosage) is the driest from of Champagne.
A cuvee very much aimed at champagne lovers and at anybody looking for unique wines. The Pure Meunier Cuvée is an unusual cuvée blending minerality, fruitiness and smoothness. It is the perfect companion to oysters or grilled fish.

Tasting note – Aromas of pear, apple and citrus notes are reflected on the palate that delivers elegance and refinement, in line with the gastronomic nature.
