Vineyard: The “Vaucoupin” vineyard is located in the south east of the Chablis basin with south and westerly aspects.
Vinification: The grapes are pressed on arrival at the winery using pneumatic presses. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated. The wines are aged on fine lees for 10 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Note: Showing typical minerality and citrus notes, a straight and precise style, freshness in youth or developing complexity with age.
