11th Hour Chardonnay is sourced from the Sacramento and Lodi areas at the northern end of California’s San Joaquin Valley. These vineyards are known for their sandy loam soils, moderate humidity, cool breezes off the Sacramento Delta and falling night-time temperatures.
Tasting Note – The stonefruit and tropical citrus flavours are enhanced by an extended cool fermentation and pleasant acidity. Long and mouth-filling.
Food match: The clean, smooth and well balanced profile make it ideal before meals and with chicken, and seafood.
