Carod 7% Clairette de Die
An explosion of sweet flavours of fresh fruit Muscat grapes and compote of apple, citrus and exotic fruit. Freshness and minerality make this sparkling wine a unique type of product.
Why unique? The Methode Ancestrale - a very long slow fermentation begins in the tank but is then transferred to bottle mid-fermentation without any further interference and kept at 12 degrees for the next 4 months to quietly finish its thing! This naturally leaves residual sugars that are solely from the grapes and provide a very natural feel to the wine.
Grape Blend - 75% Muscat and 25% Clairette
