Ficheto 'Bianco Puglia IGP', Masseria Borgo dei Trulli

Rich tropical fruit notes and the anticipated hints of vanilla.   Elegant and complex on the palate with lingering golden fruit flavours.

Vineyards and Winemaking – An assembly of one third each Fiano, Malvasia and Sauvignon from low-yielding vineyards located on the Masseria Borgo dei Trulli estate.    Each varietal is vinified separately, de-stemmed and cold maceration for 24 hours to increase delicate aromas followed by 60% tank temperature controlled fermentation, 40% barrel ferment in new French barriques remaining in barrel for 5 months on its lees to extract maximum aromas.

This wine is produced and labelled as Vegan Friendly.
