'505' Chardonnay, Casarena

Dedicated to making wines of the highest quality that show the true identity of their vineyards in Luján de Cuyo.

All Casarena wines are vegan and sustainable certified; they are also working to obtain organic certification.

Vinification: Grapes go through a manual selection of bunches before gentle pressing and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, using selected yeasts at low temperatures to preserve and enhance the aromatic complexity. Malolactic fermentation does not occur.

Tasting Note - The nose has a great aromatic expression of tropical fruit with a stony minerality to the fore. The palate shows good acidity a rounded, creamy texture, rich character to the fruit and a crisp finish.

Food Match: Perfect as an aperitif but equally delicious with fish and Asian food
