Vineyards and Winemaking - St Gervais based on the western side of the Rhone sees a mix of clay, stony and sandy soils on a cool, windy plateau which give the wines notable qualities - expressive, an elegant lightness and smooth textures.   She also follows strict sustainability practices.

Grapes – 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah

Tasting note - The nose is expressive with candied fruits, sweet spices and touch of smokiness. The palate is round and concentrated, wrapped in silky tannins and a slight touch of wood.
