Vineyards and Winemaking - St Gervais based on the western side of the Rhone sees a mix of clay, stony and sandy soils on a cool, windy plateau which give the wines notable qualities - expressive, an elegant lightness and smooth textures.   She also follows strict sustainability practices.

Grapes - 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault, 10% Marselan

Tasting note - Delightfully expressive notes of fresh red fruits wrapped with a nice touch of cocoa. The palate is soft and round, with aromas of fresh fruit. Long finish on silky tannins.
