Winemaking - A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. No sulphites are added to the wine at any point during the fermentation or ageing process. Trace amounts of sulphites can still be naturally created in the wine.
Tasting Note: The aromatic palate expresses itself on the red fruits, blackberries and strawberries. Notes of herbaceousness develop with thyme. Great length on the palate with beautiful intensity
Food Pairings: Enough power to handle strongly flavoured meat dishes.
