A superb tribute and reflection of the great traditions of the Salice Salentino region in the core of the heal of Italy.
100% Negroamaro that post steel tank fermentation, sees a minimum ageing period of 24 months with at least 6 months in wood barrels giving the well-deserved 'Riserva' credentials.
The inviting nose of rich red berries and the subtle barrel-age notes follow through onto the silky smooth and harmonious palate. One to be savoured roasted or red meats and mature cheeses.
