Fedele Nero d`Avola (ORGANIC)

Sicily’s number one red grape variety, Nero d’Avola is indigenous to the island. This Fedele Nero d’Avola has a wonderful structure, yet has soft tannins and is very approachable.

This wine is produced and labelled as Vegan Friendly.

Fedele Nero d'Avola is an organic Sicilian wine with a conscience. It is “Green to the Extreme” as it ticks each and every sustainable, eco-friendly box. Super-sustainable: carbon-neutral, vegan-friendly,and packaged purely in recycled and recyclable materials.

Vineyards and Winemaking - Grapes: 100% Nero d'Avola. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures not exceeding 28°C with frequent pumping over in the early stages in order to ensure optimum colour extraction and soft tannins

Tasting note - The bouquet shows tropical fruit with hints of citrus. There is a perfect balance of pure tropical fruit on the palate, with a backbone of acidity.
