Greensand and chalk soils allow Nyetimber’s vines to compete with the best in the world. The climate in this part of the south of England allows for the slow ripening of grapes, allowing Nyetimber to achieve optimum levels of ripeness and acidity, as well as the complexity and finesse for which their exquisite wines are renowned.
