MiMi Rosé Sparkling

MIMI Grande Reserve Brut Rosé has a classically pale rose petal colour.   A fruity nose with hints of fresh red fruits and strawberries, the palate has a nice intensity and fine bubbles. Refreshing but a generous taste of summer.

Predominantly made from the regions noble Grenache variety, the 2nd fermentation in tank (Charmat method) captures the fizz or locally known as 'prize de mousse'

A great alternative to the likes of Prosecco Rosato with all the class and elegance of Provence.
