The Château de la Terrière has stood in Cercié, facing Mount Brouilly, since the 14th century, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. It is one of the oldest estates in the region.

The 6 hectares of vines located in the Pierres Dorées region in the south of Burgundy, in clay and limestone soil.

VINIFICATION and AGEING - Burgundy vinification method with maceration for about 20 days. Aged on fines lees, partly in casks and barrels (1 to 3 wines).

TASTING NOTES - Ripe morello cherry and black stone fruits fill the nose, enhanced by hints of delicate spice. A rich mouth with silky tannins, it is expressive and lingering.

FOOD and WINE PAIRINGS - Grilled red meat, duck and terrines.
