Rioja Reserva, Bodegas Navajas
The highly regarded and dynamic Rioja producers Bodegas Navajas are based in Navarrete in Rioja Alta.
Vineyards - A mix of Tempranillo and Graciano, carefully selected from the older vineyards.
Vinification - A traditional fermentation followed by ageing in a mix of American and French oak for a minimum of 20 months. After this ageing period, the wine is bottled and rests in our "bottle rack" for a minimum of 12 months.
Tasting note - A extremely harmonious and refined wine reflecting it's ageing pedigree, nuances of spice and balsamic layer the finish.
Food pairing - Especially suitable to enjoy with Iberian sausages, cheeses, red meat and game dishes.
VINTAGES: Our images may not reflect current vintages. We list vintages for premium wines only on our website. We endeavour to keep these details up to date but occasionally our warehouse may have "moved on" to a newer vintage and we may not have updated the website. If you are looking for a specific vintage, please contact us before ordering so that we can check our current stocks.
