Vineyards and Winemaking - You will find the emerging wine gem that is Lugana DOC on the border of Lombardy and Verona. La Rifra (founded 1970) is a small winery located in the hills around Lake Gard close to Lake Garda and puts the very under-rated Trebbiano grape to exceedingly good use.
Tasting Note - This wine shows a surprising and tremendous depth of fruit all presented in a gentle way, cool climate way, fresh peach and stone fruits ooze from this and create a unique and more-ish taste.
