Boasting extensive organically certified vineyard holdings - including some of the finest terroirs of the region - Peyrassol is a 'tour de force' in Provence rose wine production. The #Lou by Peyrassol is a signature wine that consistently hits all the marks of quality year after year.
Winemaking - A blend of Grenache 40%, Cinsault 30%, Syrah 20%, Rolle 10%. Traditional vinification in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, after a delicate pneumatic pressing.
Tasting Note - Very open, this wine delivers from the first moment a cocktail of fruits reminiscent of citrus zest. These first impressions are confirmed as soon as the wine hits the palate and continue pleasantly in a set that manages to marry freshness and roundness.
