Tasting note: The nerve of the Sauvignon Blanc merges with the depth from ageing in the best barrels over fine lees. The nose is intense, with just the right amount of wood and tempting blend of tropical fruit and apples, accompanied by delicate notes of honey and vainilla. On the palate, a refreshing acidity provides an effortless, flowing mouthfeel. It offers an ubiquitous delicate flavour of fruit with subtle hints of oak.
