Fedele Nero d’Avola Rose (ORGANIC)

Fedele Nero d’Avola Rose is an organic Sicilian wine with a conscience. It is “Green to the Extreme” as it ticks each and every sustainable, eco-friendly box. Super-sustainable: carbon-neutral, vegan-friendly,and packaged purely in recycled and recyclable materials.

This wine is produced and labelled as Vegan Friendly.

Vineyards and Winemaking - Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola.   Picking takes place in advance of the main Nero d’Avola harvest – about 7-10 days earlier in order to obtain a higher level of acidity.   Very minimal skin contact provides the colour and temperature-controlled fermentation.

Tasting note - An energetic, vivacious rosé, showing lots of summer fruit flavours and a lovely minerality
Ideal with grilled vegetables, fresh and summer dishes such as salads, cheeses, pasta or cold rice. Excellent with shellfish!
