Domaine Astruc Viognier
Located in the Languedoc, 23kms south-west of Carcassonne, Domaine Astruc was bought in 2003 by Jean-Claude and Michel Mas, owners and winemakers of the successful independent Les Domaines Paul Mas
The vineyards of Domaine Astruc benefit from a very special microclimate, sheltered by the Pyrenees, where oceanic and Mediterranean climates combine.
An aromatic white, Domaine Astruc Viognier is produced in the Limoux area of the Languedoc. With aromas of peach and apricot, 40% of the grapes are aged in French and American oak which give it a characteristic richness. The finish is long lasting and zesty.
