Winemaking: The grapes are put into steel tanks during 4 to 6 weeks, which allows a slow and gentle extraction ensuring the soft, expressive style to the wines. Maturing: Stainless steel tanks during 8 to 10 months before bottling.
Tasting notes: Complex nose of red berries, predominantly blackcurrant and raspberry. Long and silky on the palate developing intense aromas of blacks fruits. The silky expressive nature of the wined really shows through.
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon : 45 % Merlot : 45 % Cabernet Franc : 10 %
